Crazy on You: Bad Animals Brings One Final Heart-Fueled Night to Tarara
Turn up the guitars, warm up those vocals and prepare to sing like nobody is listening—because this Saturday night, Tarara is going straight to the Heart.
On Saturday, September 12, Bad Animals – The Heart Tribute takes over the Tarara Summer Concert Series with the towering vocals, fierce guitar riffs and arena-rock energy that made Ann and Nancy Wilson legends.
And starting the party? Local favorites Train Wreck Endings, bringing their Americana, blues and folk-rock sound to Shadow Lake before Bad Animals turns the night into a full-blown Heart celebration.
These Songs Were Made to Be Played Loud
Heart gave us some of the most unforgettable rock songs of all time—and Bad Animals brings that music roaring back to life.
Get ready for the songs that made generations stop, listen and immediately reach for the volume knob:
“Barracuda,” “Alone,” “Crazy on You,” “Magic Man,” “These Dreams,” “What About Love”
From the raw power of Heart’s ’70s classics to the enormous arena anthems of the ’80s, Bad Animals delivers the soaring vocals, driving guitars and unmistakable attitude that made Heart one of rock’s most iconic bands.
When those opening notes hit and thousands of voices rise together beside Shadow Lake, you are going to be very glad you are standing on that lawn.
Train Wreck Endings Starts the Party
Before the Heart hits begin, Train Wreck Endings will get the evening rolling with a lively mix of Americana, blues and folk-rock.
Fronted by Hamilton singer-songwriter Andy Hawk, this Loudoun-based band brings original music, seasoned musicianship and the kind of relaxed, feel-good energy that belongs at an outdoor concert. Arrive early, claim your spot and enjoy every note—because this is a two-band night you will not want to miss.
Only Three Tarara Saturdays Remain
That is not a typo.
Including this Saturday, there are only three concerts left in the Final Encore season of the Tarara Summer Concert Series.
After Saturday night, only two remain.
There will not be another Bad Animals concert at Tarara next summer. There will not be another September night to hear these songs echo across Shadow Lake. And there will not be another season to attend the concert you kept telling yourself you would catch “next time.”
This is next time.
Every remaining concert is one more chance to carry your chair up the hill, find your favorite place on the lawn, raise a glass with friends, dance beneath the stars and become part of the Tarara story before the final note fades.
Do not wait until the photos appear Monday morning and wish you had been there.
Make Saturday Night a Heart Night
Pack a picnic, grab your chairs or blanket and bring the people who know every word. Food trucks will be onsite, with Tarara wine and beer available for purchase.
Then get ready to sing, dance and rock your way through one of the final Saturday nights Tarara will ever experience.
